It is important to understand the difference between "Goal Based Coaching" & "Sessions"
The Goal based life coaching is aimed at a structured plan towards a well-defined goal, and will include personal sessions, phone calls, tasks, assessments of progress towards goals and much more.
A preferred plan ranges between 3 months to 12 months commitment in this format, depending on the goal and resources available.
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS - One on One Basis
Individual Sessions, on the other hand, are focused on areas which require immediate attention and you wish to overcome the challenges by discussing with your own coach. The inspirational sessions help you with understanding the specific solutions to the issues and challenges your facing in your life, career, relationships or business.
Each session is for 60 minutes and can be repeated weekly or fortnightly as per requirements. The sessions are billed on a Pay as You go basis, whereas you can book a session with your coach as per your availability and flexibility.
However, a minimum of 6 sessions for bringing a considerable change and transformation is suggested.
The sessions will be conducted over the phone or video Conferencing (Skype / Zoom / Whatsapp / Google Duo with prior pre booked appointments.
You will also have the option to take the sessions in person with your coach, basis on his availability and additional fee.
Travel - Food - Accommodation cost will be borne by the client.
PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS PROFESSIONAL FEE
Hourly Sessions: Duration 60 Min Rs. 3000 inclusive of GST
PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL EXTENDED SESSIONS PROFESSIONAL FEE
Extended Sessions: Duration 120 min Rs. 5000 inclusive of GST
GOAL BASED - LONG TERM SUCCESS COACHING
Goal based success coaching is highly recommended and is the best suitable format for effective and consistent results.
The time period is usually between 3 to 12 months and includes planned weekly sessions with assignments, activities and 24/7 support.
