1. Open your mind
First of all you need to free your mind and think that nothing is impossible to overcome. Fear is just a feeling but not the conclusion.

Understand what is that you fear off, is it rejection, outcome or potential. the human mind and body is made to overcome any obstacle in our way of growth. Identify your real situation and ask your inner consciousness?
3. Look Beyond
Observe the people that don’t have similar feelings of fear of a particular situation or activity. If they can do it, then so can you. May be you can do it better then them, its just that you have to believe in yourself an master the art.
4. Think Positive
Our instinctive habit’s are such that we start of thinking negatively about things around us to always be safe. This causes the fear element to creep in quit quickly, however we have to start from the other way round and always have a positive mind set about things that are happening and the goals we aim to achieve.
5. Make Notes
Try documenting the list of all the fear elements in your life and gradually make a strategy to overcome them with the right approach.
6. Seek expert advice
Have a friend, mentor or coach help you eliminate your fears, phobias and other emotional problems. A good coach can help you truly examine what you want from your life, and where your fears come from.
